Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
