Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. We need to sleep every night. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
